  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the Truffle Hill Truffle Oil and butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and mushrooms and cook until the mushrooms are tender and lightly browned about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese to the skillet and stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
  5. Place the pasta on a serving plate and top with shaved Truffle Hill Black Truffles. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
